Discovery Visit

Discovery vist: Introductory phone call with Doctor, scheduled 3 day in office visit to evaluate and observe the day to day functions of the practice. The good, bad, and ugly will be observed and documented to affect change and course correct. Team Evaluations, assessments of goals, creation of vision, and practice values. ***travel and accomadations provided by the doctor.
